Security Bank has conducted in-depth analyzes to identify challenges in the operations of its customers, who clearly need an efficient and collaborative system to improve productivity.
Preparing, completing and approving business proposals was one of the growth areas identified by Microsoft, as document management was done manually, which negatively impacted the productivity of the sales team.
Using technology and support from Microsoft, it developed its sales proposal creation app and integrated it into its collaboration platform, Microsoft Teams.
Security Bank uses Microsoft solutions such as SharePoint and Office 365 for collaboration and Microsoft Teams as the main communication tool. Integrating SPB into Microsoft Teams allowed the sales team to leverage the new platform seamlessly and easily.
Security Bank’s sales operations process is now fully digital and streamlined. From the manual editing of documents, their sales team can easily enter customer details and choose from the catalog of all banking products.
Part of what makes the SPB application flexible, scalable and cost effective is that it is hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Service logic applications built into Microsoft Azure allow Security Bank to automate document generation and file uploads to SharePoint.
Security Bank’s innovation had an immediate impact on sales operations. With the SPB application, the preparation of proposals now takes only 15 to 30 minutes compared to an average of 2 hours previously, while the approval process for the various internal groups now takes around 24 hours compared to two weeks.
