RBC ranks first in mobile banking app customer satisfaction among Canadian banks

JD Power 2022 Canada Banking Mobile App Satisfaction Study finds RBC ranked highest for visual appeal and information/content

TORONTO, June 9, 2022 /CNW/ – RBC is proud to receive the JD Power Canada “Best in Customer Satisfaction” award for its mobile banking application. The recognition comes from the JD Power 2022 Canadian Banking Mobile App Satisfaction Study which includes feedback from over 1,500 retail banking customers from from Canada large and medium banks.
