Homebuyer education courses are offered in two parts or in one session. Homebuyer Education Classes are available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 9. The two-part series is available from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on July 27 and 28. All workshops take place on Zoom.

The agency also offers self-paced online workshops containing the same material as the Zoom workshops. The cost for the self-paced money management workshop is $35 and the self-paced homebuyer education workshop is $99. The self-study workshops are not part of the free workshops in July.
