Fulton Bank welcomes Joel Barnett as new Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Affinity Banking, a new position focused on building relationships with businesses owned by people of color, women and veterans.

Barnett will be based in Philadelphia, PA. He has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry and most recently served as senior vice president and market manager of corporate banking at a Pittsburgh-based bank. In the past, he has also served as Regional Manager, Group Manager and District Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College and an MBA from Long Island University. He also completed graduate studies in retail banking management at the University of Virginia. Barnett served in the Marine Corps from 1980 to 1987.
