IndusInd Bank partners with MoEngage to deliver Gen Z digital banking

IndusInd Bank announced a strategic partnership with MoEngage, the insight-driven customer engagement platform, to deliver a differentiated digital experience across multiple customer journeys.
Under the partnership, Induslnd Bank will leverage MoEngage’s technology platform to deliver a “Gen Z” digital banking experience to its customers. The Bank will be able to organize personalized content and recommendations on the channels where customers spend most of their time.

This innovative and unique insight-driven approach gives the Bank the ability to meaningfully engage with its customers while cutting time to market in half compared to other customer engagement platforms.
