Finotta was selected by First United Bank & Trust of Oklahoma as the company seeks to provide its digital banking customers with personalized banking services.
First United Bank & Trust will deploy Finotta’s Personified Platform, which is a suite of mobile banking application products designed to “deliver precisely the right experience, service or product at the right time to their users.”
Services include a fun Financial Health Score to help improve users’ financial well-being and a Financial Journey Manager providing personalized advice and recommendations.
Finotta’s platform enables its financial institution customers to leverage data and insights to create and deliver personalized and customizable mobile banking interactions and solutions.
According to Finotta, these personalized banking experiences increase customer loyalty and engagement and create a new revenue stream for financial institutions in a mobile-first world.
Alongside this partnership, First United Bank & Trust invested $3 million in Finotta’s funding round late last year.
First United Regional Bank Chairman Ryan Suchala said, “This partnership with Finotta will support First United’s vision to improve the lives of 10 million people by 2030.”
First United Bank & Trust is a $12.5 billion private bank headquartered in Durant, Oklahoma that offers personal and commercial banking, investment management, insurance and mortgage products.
